Dr. Quinn Curran, ND has a clinical focus in functional aging, with special interests in menopause support, muscle building, athletic performance, and chronic disease prevention. She is passionate about helping patients not just live longer, but live better—with energy, strength, and resilience through every decade of life.
Her approach emphasizes preserving lean muscle mass, supporting hormone balance, improving insulin sensitivity, maintaining bone density, and optimizing cognitive and metabolic health. She particularly enjoys working with women navigating perimenopause and menopause, empowering them to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.
With a background in personal training and a lifelong love of movement, Dr. Curran brings an evidence-informed, realistic, and compassionate approach to health care. She believes that optimal health isn’t about restriction or rigidity—it’s about feeling good in your body, having the energy to do what you love, and building habits that are sustainable and flexible.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Curran coaching group fitness classes, walking her (very large) Newfoundland dog, or searching Toronto for the best soy milk cappuccino. Raised on a farm and a former competitive equestrian, she brings grit, balance, and joy to her practice and her lifestyle.
